Characters:

General George Washington: Washington was by far the most expirenced soldier in the Continental Army. Thats why he was quickly placed as the commanding general on July 3, 1775. Washington was 43 years old when he bacame the leader. Many people said that he was born to lead. He was 6'2'' and very easy to spot, with his beautiful military uniform.

General Nathaneal Greene: Was the leader of the Rhode Island section of the Continental Army. He was a handsome Quaker, that had no military experience other than what he had studied. He had only been a soldier in the army for 6 monthes when he got promoted. At that point he became the youngest general in the army ar 33 years old. With only the experience of what he had read, he was second in command below Washington.

King George III: Geogre III was the king of Enlgand at the start of the Revolutionary war. He was 22 when we became the king. He spent loads of money on himself, including a humoungous chariot , so he could be noticed when traveling around Britian.

There were many insignificant people mentioned in the novel. Generals (with the exception of Washington) were moved from their postions very quickly after defeats becuase both sides wanted generals that they could rely on to win battles for them. if they lost a battle then obviously they were not good enough to hold such a high postion and were not going to win battles.

Great job describing the characters 25/25
